Little Girl By the Shore

A dark and cold night ago
Sat a little girl by the shore
Completely lonely in this world
No one who adores,
The loving and caring person
Inside the little girl by the shore

She looks off into the sky
Sitting upon that shore
Thinking off her lost past
Trying to find the door
A key lost in time
Of the little girl by the shore

She digs in the sand
This girl by the shore
Looking for the lost key
Then she begins to bore
The little girl sits back down
In her place upon the shore

Her past; dark and lonely
Of the little girl by the shore
Parents didn’t love her
All they did was ignore
Didn't give her anything she needed
This little girl by the shore

She remembers that night
When she walked out to the shore
Looked in the distance
And decided she could take no more
She began to swim, farther and farther out
Till she could not see the shore

She looks back at her life
And remembers the shore
All the times she had gone there
When at home was war
The lighting crashes into the night
And rain begins to fall on the little girl by the shore

She looks up into the sky
This little girl by the shore
And begins to swim back
As it begins to pour
She reaches land to realize this is where she belongs
Just as the little girl by the shore

****Yea this is kinda dumb but we had to write something for English in a certain format and this is what i came up with. Well tell me what u think......!
