Reassurance is all i need

by Panos   Mar 23, 2006

Sing me the songs of immortal souls
And release me from the stranglehold of failure;
For her awful fingers are too much for my strengths,
They grip me like a serpent gripping its prey,
cold and deadly.
And surely reassurance will show me the path.
But have you no reassurance?
Have you no kind words?
These are the pleas of a beggar
A fool who has chosen the wrong path
Help is all I need.
Help is all I want.
Please allow a tired soul to release its anguish,
And finally dance among the successes of the righteous.
