In Your Eyes

In your eyes,
I can see so much sadness,
And all you want to do is cry,
But instead you stay strong.

In your eyes,
I can see that you're hurt,
And that no one has been there for you,
But you pretend that it don't bother you.

In your eyes,
I can see you just want to die,
And you hate everyone around you,
But you just put on a smile.

In your eyes,
I can see that you're depressed,
And no one notices that you are,
But that's because you hide it.

    This poem is a little strange to me
    i get the feeling and everything but i'm not a free verse writter i have a few poems but rhyme and rhythem is my forte (sp) any way i really couldn't vote fairly becaues i was fully in to it (SO SORRY) but i did see the imagary so good job

    Loved that stanza. Reminds me of something my ex-best friend said to me. Another really great poem though. You're a really talented writer. 5/5
