Never Really Cared

You told me you loved me,
Told me you'd never leave.
But you lied to me,
Just like the last guy did.

I didn't think I would,
Love someone again,
But I gave you a chance,
Cause you said you cared.

Now my heart is more broken,
Then it ever was before.
I didn't even get over my first love,
And now I'm in love with you too.

    Oh hun, that's terrible. It's even worse that you got your heart broken the first time, then again. It's hard enough to give it away again after getting it broken, let alone doing it for it to be broken again. I'm sorry it happened to you. You wrote an excellent poem out of it though. Pure emotion is the best to write off. Great poem. =] 5/5
