Risking It All

by Daenerys Stormborn   Aug 10, 2006

Risking it all for the love we've fashioned
Their eyes are so blind to the crystal parallels
But they can see the love we have rationed
And they want it all for their own church bells

Baby, don't let me go and I promise to fight
You kiss my forehead and wipe away the pain
Press your lips to mine; whisper 'It's alright'
I am yours always, through the hurt and strain

Seeing you when I awake is the sweetest dream
I am guilty that they will never feel true love
Consumed by their will to destroy "the scheme"
Looking down to glimpse what dances above
