Silent Memories

by Loulou   Jul 26, 2007

(to those memories people keep silent we all have them)

Forgetting all those silent memories
That haunt the soul and mind
That corrupt the happy thoughts
Which are usually so hard to find

Trying to keep them silent
Hoping they'll get lost
But sometimes they're stronger
And happiness is all it costs

For memories you don't want
Such sacrifice you pay
To not feel that painful memory
You just want to go away

It seeps into your life unannounced
Like some kind of disease
As it eats away the happiness
That once used to ease

All the pain you have suffered
And the darkness that you see
All the loss of your happiness
Is all caused by those silent memories
