Eternity wasnt long enough

by PorcelainMoon   Mar 17, 2014

The violin plays
And keeps on playing
To the tune of your tears
And for all these years
There has always been a narrow door opening
yet I kept shutting it
Afraid of what's behind; more sorrow
The endless cycle
I waited for you
For years in the rain
Eternity wasnt long enough
I stood there wondering
Remembering
Thinking
God spoke to me
Told me to end my life
That night
Because maybe you would love me
In the next

Sad yet very beautiful, as always.
