I heard my sister cry today
I asked her what was wrong
She told me it was nothing
So I just played along

I heard my sister scream last night
I asked her what had happened
She said it was a nightmare
Not to talk about it

My sister came home late from school today
I asked her where she was
She said the bus was late
And then she wandered off

My sister didn't come home today
I wondered where she was
We got a call at 3am
My sister was gone
