We've begun recruiting judges for next term, beginning in one week. We have 1 spot filled and 4 remain open.
Please let us know privately if you would interested in volunteering! You can message any one of the moderators or the joint mod account.

What does it involve?

Being a judge involves reading through the weekly nominations page and then selecting your top 3 poems every Friday for 2 months.
Your votes on these 3 poems consist of 1o points, 7 points, and 4 points (it is your job to rank them).
There are 5 judges, meaning there are 15 votes every week. The poems with the most points grace the front page.
A short comment is required for the 3 poems you have selected.
Your votes and comments are to be sent in a message to the joint mod account so that a mod can compile the results for a congratulatory thread, posted every Monday.
You must remain anonymous, keeping your judge status a secret for the remainder of the term.

What if I can't judge a couple of weeks during my term?

No problem. Let us know via the joint mod account and a moderator will sub judge while you are absent.

New judging term has begun. We have already entered the two month term, yet we are down not one, but two judges. This means on top of our regular work, the moderators will be required to take turns judging every week. If you have judged before or if you even judged last term, we could definitely still use you. If you have never judged, now is the time to make a contribution to the site. Thank you.
