So Deep

by Gabrielle   Feb 7, 2008

My words are burning into your guilty conscience.
Tearing at the seams, youre breaking under the surface.
Now that I see you clearly I can't wait to find a way out.
Breaking away from your lies, finding what freedom is really about.
I've been blinded by your weakness for the longest time.
Being with someone else then claiming you were mine.
I no longer need your answers to the questions that ran so deep.
I've risen above your deception, you wouldn't even know me.
So I hope you remember that kiss that meant "so very much,"
Because now I can't fool myself into believing settling was enough.
