Pride

Sometimes I don't
Recognize my own face
This is how it feels
To be invisible like me
If I were erased
I'd be free
Free from your judgment
But tough luck
Cause I see that I'd never change
I'm here pretty or not
I might be wild like a duck
Or serene like a lake
I'd glisten from the inside, not the out
No changes I'll make
Not to my attitude or my life
It's just who I am
You either like me or you dint
But believe me, I wont
Cry, acknowledge, or even think about your comments
I've made a life-long dream finally come true
Not only to ignore you
But to be confident in who I am
And I AM ME!
