Forgotten

by Isabella   Feb 8, 2008

The gust of wind that used to be,
has twirled away beyond the sea.

It drifted away from my unseeing sight,
and dreamingly danced into the night.

It crossed the borders of what we know,
and became but a mere dazzling show.

I will not surrender to its captivating glory,
and become like the wind an unknown story.

Very easy on the read. A great beginning to a story that longs for more. A tempting piece of chocolate indeed!
