Artificial YOU.

by erin girl   Feb 8, 2008

Being real is one thing,
Being fake is another

You can feel as though you are plastic
You can feel emotion, yet you cannot give it to someone else.

We want to share our grace and love to others.
It's so hard to share make believe love and plastic emotion.

I can rely on you, but it would be nothing but false.
Besides, the true beauty of giving lies in you.

Careful now, don't rush the love you want to give,
Patience is a virtue.

The first two lines of this poem is SO TRUE when describing certain folks in society. A lotta guys pretend to be real when meeting new women. But when they actually hook up with the women, the guys start to show their true colors to those innocent ladies.

The last two lines are very true as well. That is particularly good advice for guys who try rushing new friendships.

This is one poem that provides good advice for anyone in this world who's new to the scene of being single and trying to find that Miss Right (or Mr. Right in a lady's case).
