Escape The Lies

by FallenAngel12   Feb 11, 2008

She sits alone
In the back of the class.
She tries to focus
But she knows she can't pass.
Everyone around her
Is talking and laughing.
She wonders is they
Talk about her,
If they laugh cause she's lonely.
They laugh cause they can't see
What she's hiding,
What she's going through,
What's going on inside.
She walks through the halls
And trips and falls.
Her face is hot and pink
With embarrassment.
The bell rings,
And she runs for the door.
She gets to her room
And locks the door.
Her mom gets home,
Stumbling drunk through the door.
Yelling and screaming,
She hides.
She goes to her desk,
And pulls out her blade.
She makes a slice
And curls into a ball.
She sits and cries,
Praying she dies,
Just to escape the lies
