True Friends

by Vincent Thornsberry   Feb 14, 2008

Your true friends
Have been there for all the dips and bends
They have never left your side
Even when you wanted to hide
From all that life has thrown your way
And listened to everything you've had to say
Even if it's wrong or right
They would help you no matter what you might
Want to go and do
Even if they get the flu
Even if you just wanted to see
something as small and stupid as a flea
Keep your friends close to you
And they'll be there in everything you do
