Save Me From Myself

by Alicia   Feb 15, 2008

I listen for your voice.
I call out to your name.
I pray for an answer.
Where are you when I call into the darkness?
The shadows consume me,
and I scream for you to save me.
Is it not enough?
Show yourself to me!
Save me from myself.
From the person that hides deep,
inside my skin.
Clawing a way out.
Wanting to be free.
To do whatever it wants.
Conquering.

Answer me!
Don't leave me to wander,
the paths of this life alone.
But not alone.
For even if I cannot not feel you.
You are there.
Your arms wrap around me.
My heart warms at the,
presence of you.
Your pure love for me.
It sooths my soul.
And heals my wounds.
You grasp my hand from the darkness.
And pull me out from where,
I could not save myself.
You love me.
I love you.
Thank you.
For dying.

I love you so much Alicia! I miss you desperately... I just went through Deliverance. I'm a different person now. Happy and innocent. It's been a while since I could say that. I know you'll be able to see the difference when I see you next. Please be happier... Read Psalms 18 for me okay?
