Dont have one yet

Sometimes i seem to get so lost in my own little world and i don't know how to snap back into reality
when i get like this i fear ima lose the one that means the most but i guess thats a risk i have to take
I'm myself and thats all i can be
and i don't know how to handle all this pain anymore
