She wants someone to care

by Danielle   Feb 19, 2008

She's crying out for help
She wants someone to care
But when she breaks down
There's always no one there
She's often surrounded by people
But she's still so alone
She's laughing at their jokes
They think she's having fun
While inside she's slowly dieing
And no one cares enough to see
No one knows that behind closed doors
Her wrists always seem to bleed
No one knows she sat alone
Holding that gun to her head
They don't care enough to see
That was almost her end
Instead they are blind
To the cuts and the scars
To the screaming and the tears
They don't know how she really feels
They don't care enough to see...
