Rain Brings Us Together

I'm bored out of my mind,
Just sitting here and thinking about you.
I think I'll take a little walk
To process out what I've been thinking.
I walk around my neighborhood
As the sun starts to set.
I wander off some more and
End up in your neighborhood.
It starts to pour and I decide to call you.

hey. I'm so happy.'

come outside.'
'Okay.'
You open the door and there I
Stood soaking wet, waiting for you to come outside.
your soaking wet!'
who cares, come on! Lets run in the rain.'
I pull your arm and you drop your phone.
I run and scream as you chase me around your driveway.
It was funny when you lost your step and fell and after wards you pulled me down with you.
You held me close and told me you loved me.
I was shocked because I love you too.
You kissed me softy on my forehead as we laid there on your driveway, soaking wet, in each others arms, and looking at the rain pour as it falls softly on the Earth's soft surface.
