Hello my friend.

by Em   Feb 25, 2008

I had a friend in depression,
She only felt misery.
And no matter what I said,
She just didn't want to understand me.
I told her once, I told her twice,
On how important she was to me.
But I never got through to her,
Oh the agony.
How useless I felt,
How helpless I seemed,
Nothing I can do to keep her standing.
Sooner or later, she had to go.
Not to die, but far from home,
When she left that very day, I never got to say goodbye,
I remember how I cried and cried and cried.
Now here is a tip for you,
If you have a friend like mine, do not give up, just keep trying!
Because you don't know what you have till it's gone.

Loved it, it is very true a lot of people have someone they just cannot help.

I’ve found it’s more of personal thing though and it’s something you have to let people get out of by themselves with your support.

Thanks for the comment and keep on writing!
