Mum

If it wasn't for mums ,
none of us would be here.
I know not everyones lucky like me ,
to have their mums near.

My mum and I don't always see eye to eye ,
but I still love her and that will always be.
We ahve fallen out in the past ,
when she's tried to interfere and nag me.

But we always hug and make up ,
and manage to put our disagreements to one side.
I'll be wishing her a happy mothers day ,
and spoiling her to show in her I have pride.
