Final Call

by TwistedAngel xx   Mar 3, 2008

Blood running down her arm
Tears streaming down her cheek
Wondering what's happening to her
Wondering why she feels so weak

Grabbing her mobile she hits speed dial
Puts it up to her ear as it begins to ring
It answers and she bursts into tears
Pondering what will this phone call bring

The person on the other side questions
Asking is she ok? what is wrong?
she cannot even begin to speak a word
She knows that she doesn't belong

He's still asking her what's the matter?
She tries to tell him she feels so alone
finally with her last breath she dies
And all he hears is the dial tone

Dang that was ill. Even though it was short it still had suspense. 5/5.

This poem is so full of sadness and pain. The imagery is really good. Very heart wrenching.
    Great job!
