The second stanza seemed a little choppy when the second line and fourth line ended the same way...but maybe that's just me.
It was a gorgeous poem though.
I loved the Notebook, and wanted to do something like what you did here, and felt I would never do it justice...

Very nice. It brought a little tear to my eye, mainly because it reminded me a little of my boyfriend. The Notebook was a good movie, though I've only seen half of it.

This was a beautiful poem, very well written. It brought tears to my eyes. It's very nice to know that men like you exist outside of the movies!:)

Perfectly and Beautfully written.
The emotion in this poem was very overwhelming and I couldnt help but to re-read these two lines:
"We held tight as I said, "When I'm with you I feel heaven."
and then our body and soul became one...."

Omg that truly made me cry)))))) the story is so touching and moving
how you make a reader intrigued is brilliant

but i just feel you need to work a bit on a ryhm because when you read this poem out, it sounds like a story not poem.
if i have more concrete suggestions on this, i'll write you.

this poem is so beautiful and moving, and a deep meaning hides behind the plot, i guess i understood the message of the poem that for deep sincere love nothing is impossible. and if u improve ryhming the poem will become just perfect. but it's still brilliant the way it is now

Ok so yes I am going to agree with everyone and say that your poem was sweet and beautiful.

However, I am not sure that this was your intention, but I think you should be consistent with your rhyme scheme.

You start from abcc then abcb then abac, and then to internal rhythm.

Other than that the story that you weave in your poem was beautiful, and that your flow was quite flawless.

I haven't seen the Notebook, but this poem is very beautiful.. =] So I guess I should see the movie some time soon.
Anyway, again Marc, nice work. I like how you take the lines you've said and put it in this poem. It's original and puts even more emotion in it than just normal poems =]
Also, the first stanza, is really catchy, is so adorable that it makes you want to keep on reading ^^
