You Couldn't

Couldn't have been truthful.
Couldn't have been wise.
Couldn't have been someone that I adored.
You had to be that someone I despised.

You could never call me back.
Why would you do a thing like that?
Instead you just used me,
which i will never forgive or forget!

Seems like every time i turned around,
you had done something else to make me mad.
You were the usual source of my unwanted anger.
The only thing that ever made me sad.

One day I will look at you and not regret a thing.
Because I know down deep inside that you were just
some stupid fling.
