Replacement Heart, and a Bullet to Start

by Curing the Comon Cliche   Mar 6, 2008

All I needed
Was a moment or two
But forget it now
I've changed my view

This isn't me giving
I'm not giving you guilt
This is me rebuilding
Walls I've already built

These walls they stop people
From fcking with my heart
Becoming broken is my sport
So tell me where to start

You pick up that starting pistol
Tell me to do my best
In that gun you put a bullet
And blow a hole right through my chest

Stumbling, bleeding on the floor
I know I've lost this race
But that gaping hole I call my heart
I can easily replace
