So much more

I had already written all i could write
i tried ever so hard not to give in the fight
i couldn't rhyme and when i did it just didn't shine.
i felt so empty and lost inside
but you picked me up and showed me outside

you made me realise that there was so much more
i had a life to live but i felt so poor

you make me feel polished and fixed
where before i was all broken and mixed

i don't really know what the point of writing this is
but I'm sure there will be a reason, just come give me a kiss.

i guess i am just rekindling what i had before
because you are my so much more
