Always remember

I will never forget him...
my first true love
so tall dark and handsome
just like a fairytale

he held my hand
brushed my cheek with his hand
kissed my forehead
and said "i love you"

looking at him and smiling
saying "i love you too"
and really meaning it
he was the one for me

the one i was waiting for
the one i wanted
and i will remember him
i will always remember him

    First loves should always be remembered...and this sweet poem assures me that you'll always remember yours. As for mine...I'm still writing poems about her 35 years later...and she's still reading them lol. You did very well with your first one here...hope to read more from you in the future :)
