Hate

by Sara Ann   Mar 12, 2008

Why is there so much hate,
So much violence, war, and debate?

Why do people fight,
When they know it isn't right?

To fight because of the color of our skin,
A battle that no one ever really can win.

The battles we start don't always end;
It is so much easier to try and be friends.

The war in Iraq is tough on the families,
Of the soldiers over there, like me.

When does hate help or heal,
Instead of deciding someones lat meal.

If we don't change our ways,
Our would could be reaching the end of it's days.

Let us stop the violence and hate,
And then wouldn't our world be great.
