This poem does not have a title..just read

The world is twisted and all our surroundings are just illusions
To cover up all the hate and corruption..
Your own mother or the love of your life can have secrets that you can't even imagine....trust these words in the end you will see why I feel this way...as I just lay here in my bed at 1:45 in the morning.
Millions of thoughts and memories go threw my brain,I reminisce close my eyes and smile,but behind that smile theirs pain behind that pain theirs truth, behind that truth theirs denial, behind that denial theirs reality..as the outside is unharmed,why is the inside slowly dying..
From my heart turning coal black, to the mind filled with anger and regret, ending with a soul with no purpose....but I can't run from the pain, I run towards it...keep living..leave the rest behind.
