The water droplet

I saw the droplet in the sun
just resting on a flower
I watched it glisten
all alone waiting for somebody

when suddenly to my surprise
another came along
it lye down by the first one
and glistened by its side

then two more came and did the same
and soon there were so many
that one little droplet, no longer alone,
finally found its family
