"Distinguish"
Written by: Red Lady

coils and coils
brought to a simmer
beneath the skin... bubbles and boils
understand
the neglect of distinction.

atmosphere...
realms of attitude
reflected off the faces of negligence
...innocence? by far...not.

irksome sensations
ripple effect upon your spine
shudder shudder
feel the ripples
feel them well...

never erased
never erased... then never forgotten.
eâ??er the welcomed intention sprung
inside you like a temptuous trap.

breathe in
breathe it in
among the wind, among the sea
freshness of the salty scent
of fish, of weed, or broken clams.

feel the wind just feel it
ruffle thy hair, thy face, thy heart
tremble the chords of your construction
letting them ring the bells within your thoughts

thought become action
intention became ability
...the tension being the decision
and the twang of the bowâ??s string harkens to my touch
with delicate precision
whistling through the air.

and arrow born upon the ocean
the ocean of emotion... of the very depths thus
forsaken the bounds of mere physics
and soaring on into the darkened clouds roiling in the sky
rumble... shudder goes the sky
streaks of electric light flashing down
make the sea shine with the reflection of its light
make the sea shine.

an arrow soared into the sky
soared and then never crashed
kept on going... still its going
lost in the tumultuous roar of the cumulonimbus
reach out and touch the wind
hear its whistling so far and yet so chilling to your heart
a language not your own
and yet your arrowâ??s whistle is its harmony.
