Touched

"Touched"
Written by: Red Lady

Blank expression
Looking on into the wintry cycle
Adept to transformation
Indefinite shivers in the cold...
Dress as drapes so silver and tattered
Drifting slowly in the wind
Crystalized by rays of sunlight
A tint of blue whispering its grasp to my skin
My skin is pale
My eyes are gray
My sighing fades away with the wind
And my tears are frozen before they stream
Leaving my eyes glassy and frosted
Touch my skin, it's cold
Feel the pulse deep within...
Only love can warm this depth
Its heat is welcome to my soul.

    Hiya,
I am so glad I stumbled onto this one. What a great way to describe a 'lonely heart', a lonely heart which is cold and in need of some loving warmth to ignite its pulse once more.

    Well done 5/5
