As you said i love you
my heart began to turn
my soul began to shatter
my memories began to blur

my dreams became a wish
and my wish became a dream
and now they feel so far away
as my heart will start to stray

my knees began to shake
my mouth began to tremble
my eyes began to water
and my tears began to trickle

as the tears rolled down
my flushed, rosy cheeks
i look into your eyes
to find your heart did not speak
