The poets job

by Madison   Mar 20, 2008

A jesters only smile
the truth hidden behind a fear of death
lost on those who heed not the words
that flow through the ever growing unease
to tell the truth is to seek the end
but in gentle grace much can be attained
fear not the utterances of his mouth
for all is meant to be in fun
look and see the final lies
sampling sweet the tasteless axiom
