Nothing will get to me!

Tear down my confidence
Create all my tears
Count up the lies
Its about time
I faced my fears

Rip up my heart
Show it to your friends
None of what you do
Will ever come to an end

So I gave up
Putting up my flag
Now you can stop
Talking behind my back

I close my eyes
Hoping I will see
Nothing anyone says
Will ever get to me

So I hold my head up high
Trying to hide
The fact that I am breaking down
And I am tearing up inside

Nothing will get to me
Nothing will get to me
I say over and over
As I cry myself to sleep

God I hope one day soon
I will even convince my heart
That nothing will get to me
Except the way you tear me apart

    I really liekd these 3 stanzas bc I can relate to them espceillay right now. the whole i try to hide im brokeninside is A thing I do all the time.
