I am sad and afraid
I wonder why the world is so painful
I hear people screaming
I see people fighting everywhere
I am sad and afraid

I pretend nothings wrong
I feel people’s pain
I touch the blood stained ground
I worry about the future
I cry for the innocent
I am sad and afraid

I understand that I will die someday
I say that death is real
I dream for a warless future
I try to hide from the pain
I hope that one day everyone could just get along
I am sad and afraid
