I can gladly and sincerely say I love you
But the reality of us being together is not possible
I am confused and have been from the moment
I told you how I felt about you
Your response was that you felt the same
Your actions are contradictory though
So this is goodbye it is all your victory

I come here before you with my wrecked heart
And my world shattered which you made into a million pieces
All because I loved you unconditionally
But that love was never returned.

Now I am lost trying to find my way back home
Paining as reality knocks in I'm all alone
I am so wounded inside that it's unbearable
I cannot smile at the beauty the world offers
All because my poor heart suffers

I'm practically dying inside, slowly fading
My life is no more
I'm becoming dehydrated for I'm dry
I've cried you more than a river
Its time for me to let you fly
I know that is the truth, it's a must!

Goodbye now and forever
I'll say and quietly savor emptiness
As I lay hidden and numb with anguish
I surrender to death as I bleed myself out
