I absolutely loved this poem..it spoke to me. I ecpesially loved the part:

"When you need help understanding
You know you must try
When nothing else helps you
IT'S OK TO CRY"

In the word of God we are told to weep with those who weep. The Lord Jesus wept at the tomb of Lazsarus, even though he knew he would raise him from the dead. The Jews who saw it exclaimed; "Look how much he loved him". It was the true humanity of the "Man" Jesus they saw, his love for his friend. By showing compassion for the person who had a loss you followed the Lord's example. Ken

Crying is not Evil, It shows what your weaknesses is. Dont hate yourself if you are about to cry, for someone or for something else. After the pain, Tears can give you a gently Feeling. Excelent work :)

This is so beautiful and so well written and I could feel the love coming from your heart and soul. I love this poem. its tone and rhythm makes me feel like it is ok to cry. its inspiring

Somebody once told me ,"tears help wash the pain from your heart" its hard to believe what he said but when you`ve been hurt and feel alone, nothing eases the pain better than crying.
yes, its okay to cry. cry as much because when you finally stop, you feel much better.
