Shadow of Life

As i travel through the shadow of death
With the devil on my back, I can feel his cold breath!

I Shall fear no evil, for God is with me.
Helping me through it, to where I'm suppose to be.

Even though I might sin and fail.
He sent his son to save me with a cross and a nail.

Jesus suffered through blood and pain.
All for the worlds sins, we are to blame.

I go to church, listen, pray, and sing songs.
But sometimes I feel like my life's gone wrong.

Alot of people come to church because they have to.
But for me, it seems its the only thing to do.

I sometimes feel like I'm lost in sin.
But God always seems to take me back in.

Sins and pressures are around me at school.
People tell me what to do and whats "Cool".

Jesus is the way, the truth, and the light.
And when i follow Him I know I'm doing right.

But just stay strong and leave it to Him.
Jesus will save you no matter where you've been!
