In The End, There Will Be No Tears

by Samantha   Mar 27, 2008

They say my scars were merely a phase,
Those idiots think that i am ok,
my arms are clear yes its true,
but hidden underneath my smile,
lies my monster, my secret,
In my pillow i hide a knife,
My parents say they are pleased,
with what i have become,
my "friends" say they are happy to see me smile,
no one knows what happens late in the night,
no one knows what all i see when i close my eyes,
this thing i once controlled,
now controls me,
I hate to admit it but i'm terribly scared,
how many more nights can i last?
how many more tears can i cry?
i think i've reached the end,
all i have to say is:
No one will cry.

Wow this poem was amazing. It was a great show of self expression. Trust me just this poem would make the people you know cry. This poem has so much power and emotion behind it they will have no choice to cry, the pain you convey in the poem resonates out and effects the person reading it. I think this poem is amazing.
