Seeing Is Not Believing.

She truly was his everything, his everything and more,
No matter how she'd disappoint, her heart he would adore,
For his love could not be altered, no, it could not be changed,
He doted on her being, lived for the love that they exchanged.

It was the inevitable; his affection existed solely as a tease,
For she knew her stubborn heart, he would never please,
So she cried tears, in which her heart was meant to drown,
Yet he somehow made her smile, wiped the tears to flip the frown.

She had it all for awhile, and then she threw it all away,
All along she knew that her heart would somehow stray,
For a heart that cannot be satisfied is bound to escape,
Break free from love's grip, on emotions pull the drape.

Then the dreadful night arrived, the cold chilled her every bone,
She stood there with another boy, the two of them alone,
And he leaned in for a kiss, which she hoped would fill the void,
That dwelled within her heart that would always be destroyed.

As their unfamiliar lips collided, she felt her lover's heart break,
Took from him an innocence, she never meant to take,
But she couldn't turn around, "What's done is done," he said,
She never thought the time would come, the moment she did dread.

This boy he was her everything, and this he did not deserve,
How could she be so careless, how could she have such nerve?
She vowed to never tell a soul, this was her last mistake,
She knew she could pretend, though her loyalty was fake.

She broke his precious heart, yet he was completely unaware,
She must have been a fool, for only a fool would ever dare,
Yes, she took true love, and then stared deep into its eyes,
Its funny how she thought true love could not see passed her lies...

Wow, the poem was so wonderful and beautiful. loved the feelings inside it. and as for you, you should realize that you did a big mistake and you should fix it since you admitted it.
