Same words came out of your mouth
Said your sorry, said youd change
All you did was change to something worse
Something more satanic that what you originally were

It was my mistake
Its was my fault
To show you that I cared
Wasnt worth it all.

I hope you enjoyed me
Because Im not yours now

Proving I wasnt one of those
Proving myself to you
Tied down in your head
Strangled in mine
Forgot my self worth
You stole my life
And now your crying
Screaming, crying

Ill forgive, but Ill never forget
Forgiveness doesnt mean Im yours again
I seeked salvation for your sins
A beautiful being, treated like nothing

Ill live a life without you now
And youll live a life without me
A loss for you, a lesson for me

    Aww.. this was a sad yet strong poem... You can tell you're hurt but stay strong and that's admirable.. I loved the title and I love how it was the last line of the poem... Well done!

    I can SO relate to this, i had an experience recently and this sums it up. i love the way you have used different rhyme schemes and different stanza styles, if you get me. it seems to really flow
