No open endings

by Ares   Apr 8, 2008

It's been so long since I saw light,
I begin to think that there's just dark,
I search for answers in a bottle,
or when I lead you safely through the park.

I am too fragile to be an adult.
careless to the world.

I'm new at this game of life,
is there no twist to this plot,
no open endings or an up-coming sequel,
is this what they call my shot.

I am too fragile to be an adult.
careless to the world.

I need some guidance but not a preacher,
make me want it.

I keep on trucking,
too hard, too fast,
without a single goal,
I keep on trucking,
too long, too far,
without a single option.

is this the end for me?
