Silent Heart

by angel apostol   Apr 9, 2008

I sat here alone, dreaming,

Hoping and wishing.

Mutely confused.

Searching for clue.

My lips refused to move.

My world revolved on you.

Now my heart beats faster,

Cause my sight; you're the beholder.

Life without a lover;

Painting without color;

Song without a tone;

Body frozen as a stone.

I cry myself at night.

Hugging my pillow tight.

Trembling and scared.

Wondering if you care.

I'm afraid to reveal

Reveal what I feel

So I'm silently waiting

Though my heart's aching

Hide it, I decide

Cause going away you might

Still I'm keeping you as part

Of my silent heart.
