If only I knew

If only I knew,what I know today,
I would have stopped the games,that I now know you've played.
I would be hurting,
and I would cry a bit,
but my heart would be whole,
and back then,it would still survive "the final hit".
The final hit that broke my heart,
the final hit that made my heart and soul fall apart.

My English is not very good,so if there are some mistakes in grammar,or something,please let me know what I can do to make my "poems" better.
