I want to thank you for never leaving me
and always being there,

when life seemed unfair.

In fifteen years you've done your
best to raise me,
Im sorry I didn't become anything better
I was young and stupid and couldn't see.

I've been gone to treatment
for about a year,
the "old me" is lost
but now I have a big fear.

I don't want to become
who I used to be,
my plan is to be on the outs
and stay free.

But what if my plan goes
wrong and i do it all again?
Will god still except me
with all of my sins?
