Million Miles An Hour

by Dying Beautifully   Apr 13, 2008

I think and I think,
To the point that I sink.
My head starts to spin,
Insanity suddenly sets in.

I pray and pray,
Wishing this would go away.
My mind is running a million miles an hour,
And slowly I'm losing all the power.

Thoughts of him and us,
Things that normally make me cuss.
Betrayal and greed,
Things noone could ever need.

I hope and cry,
For one last try.
I take a breath and scream in pain,
At the thoughts that seem so vain.

What can I do,
If only someone knew.
What can I say,
Can I take one more thing today.

So I think and I think,
I'm definetly going over the brink.
So I write and I write,
To try and keep my might.

A million miles and hour mind isn't fun,
Especially when you feel like you have noone.
