Tears of the Unforgettable

She lies in bed as tears stream down her face
Staring at his smiling face above her bed
Making her cry even more.

Her heart is breaking on every beat it takes
Knowing that tomorrow she wont see his face
Never feel his soft lips upon hers
Or even feel the love from his heart.

Knowing she’ll never have another memory with him
Never show him her smile that he loves to see her wear
Or ever stare into his beautiful blue eyes.

As she lies in bed
Tears stream down her face
Feeling empty inside
Like living without a heart

For he was her heart
He meant so much to her
And now he is gone
And she is left to drown in her tears
