I tried...

I wrote this after me and my friend had this big fight and I tried to resolve it... it didn't work and I just gave up... We still aren't friends although I will speak to her..

I try to do what I feel is right,
I try so hard with all my might,
But everything just goes wrong!
I've tried so hard for far too long.

I don't know where to turn,
Deep inside my heart it burns,
Who in life can I trust?
I'll find someone I know I must.

I've learned in life that I must not try,
For all it does is make me cry,
I've also learned that no one cares,
It is too much for me to bear.

I've given up on it all,
Broken, Shattered, my spirit falls,
I've lost my ability to fight,
My end is now in my sights.
