See me cry

When I looked into your eyes I saw the pain you have been through
It was caused all by a man that would say Baby I love You.

For 15 years this man would torment you in all possible ways
Sexually mentally also physically it haunted you till your dying day.

You were raped at gun point an held against your will
You were forced to do things just so he could get a thrill.

When you got older an moved away he still haunted you night an day.
You would try to sleep but the nightmares where just too much it is a sad price he made you pay.

You started to cut just to feel alive an hope the pain he caused would bled away.
The scars made you feel worse for it was a burden you would have to carry like a dying bouquet.

I will always remember the day you told me you had D.I.D. and ask me to stay
I told you I Love You and I will never run away.

As the years went on the voices got louder and the Demons got smarter
Till that day January 14, 2008 the demon finally took you away for on that dreadful day the demon shot you right in the heart.

I am so sorry I could not come and say good-bye
My heart was just so broken and I did not want your family to see me cry.

this poem is writen for Erica this tells of the life she had to live she is still the girl I love very much REST IN PEACE BABE.
I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER.

    My heart really goes out to you, It's always terrible when you lose someone that you love and the worst part is that it always happens to the people who don't deserve it. so I congratulate u on staying so strong and allowing people to see your poems as there are so many other people who can relate to you. Your poems are so beautifully written! and have got so many emotions, I know its hard but I don't think Erica would want to be remembered for all the hurt and pain she went through, why don't you try write a tribute on the amazing things that she had i life, ie the day she met you... etc... just a suggestion as it may help you a lot at the same time!

    Wow amazing . Its such a deep poem.
    Im really sorry for your loss. I know its very hard.Just keep writing, if anything do it for her cause youve got a talent on your hands that im sure she wouldnt want go to waste and it really is a releasing mechanism.
